A $100.00 deposit is held as a non-refundable deposit to secure your child’s position at CATS. No refunds are issued if a student withdraws with less than two weeks to the start of drama class.
**GOVERNMENT MANDATED CLOSURES: In the event we are mandated by the government regulations to close our school once in person drama classes are about to begin or have commenced, we will operate all classes online until the restriction is removed.. In the event we are mandated by the government regulations to run all classes online for the duration of the term, you will receive a pro-rated refund amount for the remainder of the in person term classes minus the administrative and overhead costs per class that equals up to the difference between the online class tuition and in person class tuition. The refund amount will not surpass the on-line tuition fee.
A $50.00 deposit is held as a non-refundable deposit to secure your child’s position CATS Zoom. No refunds are issued if a student withdraws with less than two wks to the start of drama class.
All outstanding credits accumulated can be applied to any term at Children’s Arts Theatre School. All credits are dollar for dollar. Any CATS discounts offered during registration do not apply to any credits used.
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is held to secure your child’s position at CATS Camp 2022. No refunds are issued if a student withdraws with less than two weeks to the start of camp. No credits will be issued. This does not apply to credit holders. Please see the Covid Refund Policy or Outstanding Credit Refund Policy (Summer Camp 2020 Credits) below if such events take place.
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is held to secure your child’s position at CATS Camp 2021. In the event we are mandated by the government to close our facility once camp has commenced, we will cancel in person camp immediately and switch to online for the remainder of camp. If your child does not wish to continue camp online, a pro-rated refund for the remainder of camp days will be issued. No credits will be issued. This does not apply to the regular refund policy stated above, and does not apply to outstanding credit holders. Please see the above Regular Camp Registration Policies if a covid outbreak and mandated closure does not take place, or please see below if you have a credit from Summer camp 2021 with us.
For any outstanding credits, in the event we are mandated by the government to close our facility once camp has commenced, we will re-issue a pro-rated credit for the remainder of camp days. This credit is non-refundable, has no expiration date, and can be transferred to a family member or friend. It can be used towards any future CATS programming (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer). Does not apply to any new registration, and does not apply if we enter another mandated closure.
We accept payment by CREDIT CARD (preferred) If you prefer to pay by cheque, please deliver it to the Head Director that is assigned to your child's drama class.
Cheques are payable to Children’s Arts Theatre School.
A NON-REFUNDABLE NON-NEGOTIABLE $100.00 deposit is required to secure your child’s position in the class. The balance of the tuition is due no later then beginning of your child’s first class.
NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS FEE (NSF): $30.00
